======

One of the funniest stories ever as the intro to 'I Wanna Marry You'
about a letter asking the band to play at a wedding reception for 50$ each.

Another amazing River tour show in above average sound quality. Sound goes from excellent to average at some points.

======

"It *was* his first arena show in Chicago, though 10/10-11/80 were *not* the last shows ever at the Uptown.
(It closed in 1981--J. Geils and a few others played there after Bruce.)
They added this show after Bruce mentioned (on stage) they got so many letters from people who couldn't get into the Uptown.
I remember that night well, people standing on the sidewalk on Broadway waving $100 bills, just desperate to get in." -bbison

Thanks to the taper Rick B. - amazing recording (as all of yours).
